Johnny and Jessica Rich, high school sweethearts and lifelong Nashvillians, have grown Lumen Lamps with a shared vision rooted in home, community, and thoughtful design. Having grown up just down the street from our Harding Pike showroom, their connection to Nashville runs deep, shaping the warmth and authenticity behind everything we do. Jessica’s background in interior design brings a discerning eye for beauty and balance, while Johnny’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to exceptional service define the Lumen experience. What began as a way to serve their local community has grown into something more—extending that same care, hospitality, and curated approach to homes across Tennessee and throughout the South.
