Yes! Our showroom in Nashville, TN features hundreds of lamps, lampshades and home accessories. Only Fermoie & Penny Morrison lampshades are available for purchase online. Visit our showroom to shop the entire Lumen Nashville collection.
We do simple in-house lamp repairs such as rewiring, socket changes/three-way sockets and adding dimmer switches. For in-depth lamp repairs, please contact your local hardware store.
We do not sell hardwired lighting. We sell table and floor lamps, shades of all sizes and select home decor.
All shades sold online are made-to-order in England and for this reason, all sales are final. If you receive your order and have questions, please email info@lumenlamps.com. For in-store purchases, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with sales receipt and shades in original wrapping. Unwrapped shades are not returnable. After 7 days, all returns will be for store credit only.

As proud native Nashvillians, Johnny & Jessica Rich are not just business owners; they’re curators of a unique, local lighting experience. In 2017, the couple took the reins of Lumen Nashville. Jessica, with degrees in art history & interior design and 15 years of experience running a successful residential design business, brings her creative insight to Lumen's buying & merchandising. Johnny holds an MBA and has spent his career building entrepreneurial small businesses. His passion is building a great store & creating an excellent client experience. Johnny & Jessica have successfully combined their talents and skillsets to make Lumen Nashville a beacon of style & service in Music City. They live in Nashville with their two daughters.
