Lamp Repairs
Does Lumen Nashville repair lamps?
We do simple in-house lamp repairs such as rewiring, socket changes/three-way sockets and adding dimmer switches. For in-depth lamp repairs, please contact your local hardware store.
Table & Floor Lamps
Does Lumen Nashville sell sconces and chandeliers?
We do not sell hardwired lighting. We sell table and floor lamps, shades of all sizes and select home decor.
For Interior Designers
I'm an interior designer. Do you offer a trade discount?
Lumen Nashville is pleased to partner with industry professionals. Please send copies of your Tax ID and Resale Certificate to info@lumenlamps.com to qualify for our trade discount.
Approvals
What if I get home and change me mind about a lamp/shade?
Visit us in-store to select items to take on approval. All we need is your credit card information but we won't charge you until you've had a chance to try it in your space. Leave the plastic on your shades & return your unwanted items within 3 days to avoid the charge. Approvals are only available to in-store customers.
Online Returns
All shades sold online are made-to-order in England and for this reason, all sales are final. If you receive your order and have questions, please email info@lumenlamps.com.
In-Store Returns
For in-store purchases, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with sales receipt and shades in original wrapping. Unwrapped shades are not returnable. After 7 days, all returns will be for store credit only.
